We received this seal part middle 2019, and required quantity couple thousands pieces. Part is pretty small and cheap unit price, I would like to make a few samples for approval,
But formal mold required. It likes a chicken rib, a little profit but still taste delicious. Finally I found the sample method, make some samples as picture shown and sent to customer.
2 months was passed, we lose this little business.
Here I stated this unsucceed experience is for remembering business is waiting for no one if you miss the delivery time, and for record that vacuum casting silicone mold is the best
way to build plastic samples, quick and efficiently.
