Winten Auto build this tilt steering column part ignition lock actuator different than either
cooper one or Zinc one, since cooper one is very expensive and Zinc one maybe weak
on the tiny pin. We make it insert stainless steel pin instead, hope its function between
cooper and zinc, but competitive price as zinc. With insert pin, customer probably use
this actuator forever, just put new pins in.
